Currants

Currants (genus Ribes) are small, tart berries that grow in temperate regions. These are different from Zante currant raisins, though. We have a variety of true currants that range from red, black, and white. These plants are grown for their fruits, turning them into jellies, wines, and ingredients to baked goods.
